CATERING SERVICES OVERVIEW

ALCOHOL POLICIES OVERVIEW:

  • There is a $20.00 per hour charge per bartender. It is recommended to have a minimum of one per 75 guests.
  • Charges will incur for set-up, through service and breakdown.
  • A New York State Liquor License ($60) is required for any event in any location other than Hale House, Old Chapel, or College Park.
  • The application process requires FOUR WEEKS. Less notice may result in the inability to cater your event. bar

CATERING POLICIES

  • Orders need to be placed 72 hours prior to the requested date.
  • A 50% cancellation charge will incur on all food and bakery menu items cancelled the day prior to a confirmed event.
  • Any Catering Equipment and Service items that are not returned after a catered event will incur a replacement charge. This includes pump pots, platters, bowls, serving utensils, paper goods, linens, china, plasticware, and glassware.

BAR POLICIES

  • A New York State Liquor License, currently $60, is required for any event in any location other than Hale House, Old Chapel, or College Park.
  • FOUR WEEKS is REQUIRED for a Liquor License application to process.
  • There is a $25.00 per hour charge per bartender which includes set up and break down. Catering will determine the number of bartenders required on each event.
  • A minimum of 30 guests is required for a Cash/Credit Card Bar. Bartender & License, where applicable, fees will apply.
  • A minimum of 20 guests is required for a Hosted Bar. Bartender & License, where applicable, fees will apply.
