We encourage you to place all orders at least 3 days in advance of your event.

There is a $20.00 per hour charge per bartender. It is recommended to have a minimum of one per 75 guests.
Charges will incur for set-up, through service and breakdown.
A New York State Liquor License ($60) is required for any event in any location other than Hale House, Old Chapel, or College Park.
The application process requires FOUR WEEKS. Less notice may result in the inability to cater your event. bar
CATERING POLICIES
Orders need to be placed 72 hours prior to the requested date.
A 50% cancellation charge will incur on all food and bakery menu items cancelled the day prior to a confirmed event.
Any Catering Equipment and Service items that are not returned after a catered event will incur a replacement charge. This includes pump pots, platters, bowls, serving utensils, paper goods, linens, china, plasticware, and glassware.

BAR POLICIES
A New York State Liquor License, currently $60, is required for any event in any location other than Hale House, Old Chapel, or College Park.
FOUR WEEKS is REQUIRED for a Liquor License application to process.
There is a $25.00 per hour charge per bartender which includes set up and break down. Catering will determine the number of bartenders required on each event.
A minimum of 30 guests is required for a Cash/Credit Card Bar. Bartender & License, where applicable, fees will apply.
A minimum of 20 guests is required for a Hosted Bar. Bartender & License, where applicable, fees will apply.
